Y’all, we were just blown away! Checkin’ was a breeze, even late, and that cozy livin’ room with the piano? Just divine. We loved the fresh breakfast spread and those heated floors in the bathroom! Saw the northern lights for the first time ever. Just magical, I tell ya!

The shower was tiny, but the snacks at reception were a nice touch.

I was in Trondheim for a short visit and stayed for one night in a cozy Triple Room. The packed breakfast was a delightful surprise, especially since we had to leave early. The staff were exceptional, with Rachel at the reception being particularly helpful. It's also conveniently located, just a short walk from Nidaros Cathedral, which I really appreciated.

The gravel driveway leading up to the hotel is inconvenient for heavy luggage, self check-in lacks clarity, and room options should better reflect the true nature of the property!!!

The superior double room featured a separate living area and offered stunning river views. Breakfast was delightful, with a variety of uncooked options, warm soft-boiled eggs, and sweet waffles. While the lack of a TV initially surprised us, the cozy atmosphere was inviting enough to distract from it. A key highlight was the charming garden cafe, perfect for enjoying snacks, including seasonal dishes, albeit the reception hours could be more convenient.

We loved exploring the nearby playground for the kids, and the cozy cafe served delicious iced cinnamon buns, perfect for a mid-afternoon treat. The location was peaceful, and we didn't mind having our dogs with us during our stay.

For dads, it would be great to have larger rooms for family stays.

Amazing location in a pedestrian zone, surrounded by nature. the staff were incredibly helpful, even providing a packed lunch option. Breakfast featured wonderful bread from their own bakery and the garden area was a lovely spot to relax.

I stayed in a cozy Triple Room for one night, and it was really comfy! The beds were wonderful, and I loved the heated floor in the bathroom. The living room area was a great spot for relaxing, and the view of the water was stunning. We even caught the northern lights, which was a magical bonus!

My partner and I loved the cozy lounge that doubles as a cafe during the day,, perfect for relaxing with coffee after our walks. Plus, there’s a lovely little garden with outdoor seating that overlooks the river, really nice vibe in the evenings.

It was a bit pricey, but I found it acceptable given the charm.

had a quick stopover at pilegrimsgarden hotell og gjestegard, and it exceeded my expectations! perfect location right by the cathedral, and the cozy lounge atmosphere made me feel right at home. breakfast was fresh and tasty, definitely a lovely way to start the day.

The breakfast was a standout. loved the fresh, warm bread and the cozy living room vibe. Staff were super helpful, and the location was perfect. right near the cathedral and lovely walks along the river.
